The Housing Meeting Facilities were designed for the purpose of serving as lounges, gathering places, recreation and program spaces for the residents of the Humboldt State living communities and are intended primarily for activities that benefit residents.
To request a Housing Meeting Facility please follow the steps listed below:
Step 1. Contact Conference Coordinator for room availability. (707) 826-5312, conferences@humboldt.edu
Step 2. Complete and sign the Housing Room Reservation Request Form (pdf) and return to conferences@humboldt.edu. All groups requesting these facilities are subject to approval requirement, regulations, and fees.
Step 3. Requests will be reviewed by the Department and you will be notified within one week if your request is approved.
The University Center operates the Room Reservation Desk (707) 826-4414 and books all conference rooms in Nelson Hall, the University Center, the Green and Gold Room and can schedule classroom space on campus as well. The approximate seating capacity for the non-classroom space is as follows:
